Lisenssi

CMSimple on saatavilla kolmella eri lisenssityypillä:

1. AGPL 3 - Sinun täytyy pitää asianmukainen ja näkyvä kaikilla generoituvilla sivuilla, joka näyttää CMSimple lisenssiehdot (käytä virallista CMSimple Legal Notices -osoitetta). Vaadittava linkki: CMSimple Legal Notices, pitää olla staattinen, näkyvä ja luettava, ja CMSimple Legal Notices:n teksti ei saa muuttua.
   - Lue AGPL 3 ja CMSimple Legal Notices.
   
   
2. Linkware / CMSimple Link Requirement Licence - Same as AGPL, but instead of keeping a link to the CMSimple Legal Notices, you must place a static, visible and readable link to www.cmsimple.org with the text or an image stating "Powered by CMSimple" on every generated page (place it in the template).
   - Read the linkware licence.
   
   
3. Commercial Licence - This licence will allow you to remove the CMSimple Legal Notices / "Powered by CMSimple"-link at one specific domain. This licence will also protect your modifications against the copyleft requirements in AGPL 3 and give access to registering in user support forum.
   - A commercial lincence is available at CMSimple.COM.

Support for the AGPL/Linkware use of CMSimple by the developer is only available in the Support Forum at CMSimple.COM, where a purchase of at least one commercial licence is required for registration and posting.

None of the licenses allows you to change or delete the copyright notice in the top comment of the php-files.
